Your till stays as it is
Staff scan the code on the guest's phone and key the order into the till they already use — nothing is created until they accept it. Already on KiotViet or CukCuk? Accepted orders can be handed over; ask us to switch it on.

Qreaty is a QR menu and guest-ordering service for restaurants, cafés, bars and hotels in Vietnam. A guest scans the QR code on the table, reads the menu in their own language and orders from their phone, with no app to install. Staff see the order in their language on the till, on the kitchen screen and on the waiter's phone; one tap confirms it, and the guest follows every step on their own screen. The menu is built from a photo of the paper menu and translated with one tap per language. The Menu plan is free with no time limit; QR order costs 149,000 ₫ per month and Tourist 399,000 ₫ per month, paid by bank transfer without a credit card. Qreaty works alongside the till a venue already uses, charges no commission on orders, does not take guests' money and does not issue fiscal invoices.
Upgrade in the settings at any time — a lower plan becomes available once the paid term ends; the menu and its QR codes keep working on every plan.

Nothing to install: the till, the kitchen screen and the waiter's feed open in the browser and pin to the home screen. A kitchen screen is optional — a thermal printer works just as well.
Guests scan the code on the nightstand, read the menu in their language and order; the kitchen ticket reads in Vietnamese. No app, no PMS integration needed. A 90-day pilot is free.

You don't have to. On the QR order plan the guest builds a cart and shows a code; your staff scan it and key the order into your till as usual. Nothing is created until staff accept it.
