Sometimes the app says no. Every such place is gathered here: what exactly is capped, by which number, and what to do next. If you ran into a refusal and didn't understand why — look for the row in the tables below.
There are two kinds of limit. Some depend on the plan — their numbers come in three columns, "Menu / QR order / Tourist", and the way past them is one: a higher plan on the Plan & billing page. Others are the same for everyone — they protect against data loss and overload, and no plan changes them.
{primary} Almost every block here protects you from losing data, or from guests sitting without a menu. That's why instead of "no" there is always "do this first".

When a plan ends, whatever already exceeds the new cap stays and keeps working — only adding beyond it is refused. More in what changes when the plan ends.
